Q1. How can I book hotel rooms?
A1. You can book either by coming to the receiptionists, or through online reservation request form which could be reached through this web site. You may click here to issue an online room reservation request.

Q2. What are the differences of direct or online booking?
A2. There are no differences. All type of booking will be considered as confirmed after we receive your payment, that is the total rate for your desired rooms and the no. of nights.

Q3. What are the procedures to book rooms?
A3. There are three (3) easy steps.

First, you could contact us through phone, e-mail, or check your desired date with the room type at the top of this web site. If there were available rooms, you may issue a room booking request either by phone, e-mail, fax, or by filling-in the online reservation request form.

Second, we will prepare a reservation confirmation form for you and send to you through e-mail. At this step, we are waiting for your payment. We will wait within seven (7) days from the date of issue. If we were unable to receive your payment during that period, your reservation request will be automatically cancelled.

Third and the last step, you must send the copy of the payment proof document either by hand, e-mail, fax, or through contact us form. We will verify your payment. Once we received your payment, we will reserved your desired rooms on the requested check-in date till you check-out soon. We will wait for you on the check-in date.

Q4. How if I arrive late, for example at afternoon, evening, or night?
A4. Don't worry as we do not have specific time for check-in. You may check-in at any time as the person in charge form room check-in are always available at the receiption counter. We do only have specific check-out time, that is at 12 noon.

Q5. How could I make that payment?
A5. At this moment, we accept your payment through online method via credit / debit cards, and bank transfer. For conventional bank transfer, you may transfer that payment to the following bank;

Q6. After making any payment, did you issue any 'payment proof' document?
A6. Yes, we did. We will always issue a payment receipt for your payment either by hand, e-mail, or fax.

Q7. I am booking for the rooms through online reservation request form. How could you identify me when I reach over there to check-in?
A7. Our system will automatically generated a ticket for you. Please bring along that ticket to the receiptionists on the check-in date, and we have identified that there you are.
